Exercise and the Florist

How does a florist stay in shape??? We tried lifting buckets of flowers, running with scissors, and stepping up and down on ladders. All in all only one Zuzu got it right...Running! Bess Won 1st Place for her age group in her first ever 5K. Hooray!!

In our little shop of flowers and foof we experimented with our beautiful Freedom Rose and green berries. Wow! Did this Valentines bride love her bouquet! ( which ultimately is our goal)
